COVID-19 Protocol

During these uncertain and challenging times more people than ever are seeking mental health support. INSIGHT CCSS  is proud to continue delivering our services during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In line with government guidelines our face to face counselling is temporarily suspended but we are pleased to offer counselling remotely via phone and online, depending on your preference.

For many, telephone and online / video counselling offer increased flexibility and, while it is a different experience to that of face-to-face counselling, the service provided is no less professional or valuable. It also allows us to adhere to social distancing requirements, ensuring the safety of our clients and staff.

Please be assured that online therapy is highly successful. It is different from a standard face-to-face session and may suit some people more than others, but it remains a highly effective form of support and treatment.

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic
has undeniably affected us all.

In light of this situation we are responding to the challenges we now face as a provider of Counselling,  Coaching & Support Services.

As ever, our service users will continue to remain at the forefront of every decision we make, and we are committed to ensuring our services are of the highest standard you would expect from INSIGHT CCSS

We invite you to read all about the preparations and procedures that

INSIGHT CCSS  have implemented

At ‘THE LOFT’.

OUR APPROACH

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the changes we have implemented are based on the guidance we have received from HM Government, Public Health England and the National Health Service, supported by advice from the British Association of counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).

We can confirm that we have complied with the government’s ‘COVID-19 Secure’ guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19 in the workplace.

Due to the constantly changing nature of this guidance and advice, our internal operating practices and protocols will be continuously reviewed and immediately updated.

The information detailed below may therefore change without notice.

As we are managing a Public Health issue, we expect the full support and co-operation of all of our service users, our team and our professional partners.

Only through our collective efforts can we successfully combat the spread of COVID-19 and keep each other safe and healthy.

To be present at ‘The Loft’, you either need to be a staff member or a pre-authorised (and health-screened) service user, a professional partner.

With 12 individual rooms including 7 counselling rooms each designed with privacy in mind, we are ideally suited to allow for more space, naturally.
